Service Rules

These Rules define how the Oflly service may and may not be used. They are binding on all users and apply together with the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy. This is a translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
Offer Privacy Service Rules

1What Oflly is

Oflly is a browser-based CRM for managing an agency in the adult industry: models and profiles, team and payout calculation, finance and analytics, expenses, content requests, Telegram notifications. The Service is a business management tool: it does not host, store or distribute adult content.

2Account and team

  • provide accurate information on registration — a new company is activated after moderation;
  • protect your access: login and password are personal, you are responsible for all actions under your account; we recommend enabling 2FA via Telegram;
  • the company owner invites staff, configures their roles and rights — and is responsible for the actions of their team in the Service;
  • transferring access to third parties outside your company is not allowed.

3What is allowed

The Service may be used only for lawful purposes of managing your own business and within the scope of the access rights granted to you. When working with external platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly and others), you must comply with their terms as well as with these Rules.

4What is prohibited

  • using the Service for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of third parties;
  • uploading any material involving minors — an absolute prohibition; a breach leads to immediate blocking;
  • uploading unlawful content and malicious code;
  • attempting to bypass protections: guessing other people's passwords, gaining access to other companies' data, interfering with the Service's operation, scanning or loading it automatically without written permission;
  • impersonating another person or another company;
  • using data available to you in the Service outside your company's work purposes.

5The 18+ industry

  • the Service is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old;
  • the client warrants that all models and other persons whose data is entered into the Service are of full legal age, and that it has the necessary consents;
  • the client is solely responsible for the lawfulness of its activity, including tax obligations and platform rules;
  • Oflly is not a content platform: responsibility for the content of the data entered rests with the client as its controller.

6Client data and reviews

The data you enter about models, staff and operations belongs to your company. You are its controller; we process it as a processor on your instructions (details in the Privacy Policy).

Separately on public review links: a link opens the list of a period's transactions without logging in. By creating a link you understand this and pass it only to your chatter. Links are valid for a limited time and are tied to a specific period; responsibility for whom you sent it to rests with you.

7Integrations

  • OnlyMonster — connected using your API key; the key is stored encrypted and sync is started only by you. You are responsible for the right to use that key;
  • Telegram bot — used for 2FA, password recovery and notifications; linking is done with a code from your profile;
  • an integration can be disconnected at any time in the company settings.

8Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design and name belong to the operator — representatives of the Oflly company. You receive a limited right to use the Service while the agreement is in force. Copying, decompiling or creating derivative products based on the Service is not allowed. Your data remains yours.

9Availability

We aim for stable operation, but the Service is provided "as is": planned maintenance and short interruptions are possible. The Service's functions evolve and may change. These Rules may also be updated — the current version is published on this page, and we give advance notice of material changes.

10Violations

In case of a breach of the Rules, the offer or the law, we may — proportionately to the breach — issue a warning, restrict individual functions, suspend access or block the company. For prohibitions from section 4 (minors, unlawful content, attacks on the Service) blocking may be immediate and without warning.

You may stop using the Service at any time; company data will be deleted at your request (how to do this).
